Naya, Crepes, Bowl, Dance...I hope...
Headed to the North Side in Williamsburg tonight for face time with my sis, Jenny. We're going French @ Pates et Traditions.. Never been, so I'll post the 411 laterz..then Brooklyn Bowl for 2 birthdays...and then, if I get my 2nd wind, the Mirf Room at District 36 (the newly opened 14,000 square ft. dance club in the city...)
I know I may need more than a sissy crepe to hold me down, but I had Naya Express for lunch, and that hearty chicken shwarma always keeps me full for more than 9 hours after I've eaten...Even if its just half a Naya Rice Bowl, or half of a Naya Roll (Chicken Shish-ka-bob or Shwarma, Lamb, or Falafel with Pickles, Onions, Radish, Hummus, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Mild, or Hot Sauce and Tahini Sauce in a wrap, or with their special vermicelli rice)...I am still burpity full for the rest of the day.
The Naya Roll is exactly the same as the rice bowl, but no rice. It comes out to $8.50 total with tax. The rice bowl comes out to $10.75 total with tax. Both are definitely CFG because only half a roll or half a bowl is more than enough. I always split it with someone else or save half for dinner (if I'm even hungry) or lunch the next day. So you get 2 meals in one for about $4 - $5 each. I would add an extra 'F' to this to make it Cheap, FRESH, Fast & Good because I know I can easily go to the Steak Truck or any other Truck for Chicken and Rice, or Chicken and Pita, but the radishes, pickles and crispy lettuce is worth the waitand worth the extra $. But, like I said, it is def. 2 meals in one.
