Since we were already near Flushing after bowling at Whitestone Lanes for Ryan's birthday, it was only right to go to the nearest place for some after midnight eats at Yun Tiao Low Seafood Restaurant. It was my first time here and I have to say, I wasn't expecting the best service since we walked in more than an hour after our reservation, about 10 deep on a Friday night (EARLY Sat. morning at about 1:00 am) but they treated us very well, and fed us as quickly as possible. I will definitely return.
These steamed buns are really amazing. I haven't had buns so soft and fluffy with Peking Duck before. I would go back for the buns alone. They don't even fall apart when I filled them with the juicy, fatty duck.

Plumb sauce, cucumber and scallion to accompany the duck

And the duck was as juicy and fatty as it looks

(I had a picture of the whole duck, including the head, but I decided to dodge the Christmas Story moment so you could focus on all of the other dishes we usually order - not just here, but at mostly every Chinese Restaurant we go to.
Snails in black bean sauce

Grand Marnier Shrimp w/candied Pecans

The ultimate, most popular late-night favorite, Peking Pork Chops
(Make sure that these are cooked all the way----we had to ask them to re-fry them because they were still a little too pink)

Seafood Pan Fried Noodles

Lobster w/Garlic Sauce

Mini Aquarium at the front of the house
