"An amalgam of real fruit, whole nuts, dark chocolate & honey-drizzled oats" - Quaker's True Delights

The above was used by Foodbuzz to describe these new granola bars by Quaker...

Thanks to Quaker and Foodbuzz for giving me a preview of these True Delights

Honesly, I'm not a granola bar person because I think they are too sweet, and if I'm going to be eating something that sweet, I'd rather it be chocolate otherwise its just a waste, but luckily, one of the bars does come with chocolate.
The DARK CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY

...Truly a Delight to my friend Vidya. She likes her granola bars sweet. I enjoyed it because it had some dark chocolate chunks in it, but not enough for me. If the entire bar were dipped in dark chocolate, I may have loved it.
The other flavors included HONEY ROASTED CASHEW MIXED BERRY...

This unfortunately, left Virginia feeling cheated b/c her bar only had 2 cashews and feels like the aroma of the wrapper, didn't resemble the actual taste of the bar.
And finally, the TOASTED COCONUT BANANA MACADAMIA NUT

which was a hit for Melissa and Giraud! Very moist and satisfying.
Best of luck to Quaker as they begin to roll out these fancy bars.
